Coral Necklace with Citrine Flower

This necklace features a flower made of four checker-cut citrines (116.76ct) and four brilliant-cut diamonds (0.20ct, G/vsi) set in 18kt yellow gold. The precious pendant is held by three hand-knotted rows of white coral strings.
