Centrifugal Microfilters

In the field of recirculating water and water quality filtration, recirculating water filtration technology has always been a critical component. With the increasing demand for filtered water in various industries, people are seeking more efficient, environmentally friendly, and stable water filtration solutions.

Traditional aquarium and aquatic products filtration methods usually use filter cotton, filter media, and oxygenation pumps to mimic the natural process of soil and flowing water, thereby achieving the effect of filtering water quality. However, the disadvantage is that the dirt and bacteria in the filter trough will accumulate continuously in the constant cycle of water flow, and every cycle of water will pass through the filter trough again, leading to secondary pollution.

This new type of centrifugal microfilter addresses the pain points right from the source of polluted water quality. It utilizes the kinetic energy of water flow to drive the drum, equipped with an 800-mesh (15-micron) stainless steel filter screen, to rotate at high speed, retaining the dirt within the drum and flinging out the clean water. Paired with an auxiliary sterilization lamp, it can kill bacteria while purifying the water. Water passes through 15-micron small holes and contacts air, significantly increasing the water body's oxygen capacity, creating a more suitable living environment for aquatic life.

While the product is in operation, the water flow drives the rotation of the drum, allowing solid particles to rapidly detach from the filter screen, ensuring the efficiency of the filter while reducing cleaning and clogging time. Equipped with an electronic control automatic cleaning device, it can keep the filter screen clean and clear, eliminating the cumbersome steps of manual cleaning for users.
