Trimble X9 3D scanner & Perspective field software

Trimble X9 and Perspective is a complete 3D scanning solution for use in construction, surveying and forensics. Scanners deliver ‘point clouds’, consisting of millions of measurements, that are the basis for drawings of the as-built situation or models for buildings, bridges, tunnels, dams, etc.

The X9 offers self-leveling: automatically leveling itself before each scan to ensure consistent data quality in all conditions, automatic registration (linking scans together in the Perspective field software) and automatic calibration in the field.

To this end, the Trimble X9 and Perspective eliminate the guesswork and complexity of scanning by combining the scanner's high speeds of up to 1000 kHz, wide range of 0.6m to 150m, high accuracy of 3.0 mm at 20 m, and fast scan times of 1-6 minutes with the software's automatic registration capabilities.
