Sentry's AirID technology uses AI models and machine learning to accurately identify the substances in the air, avoiding false positive smoking and noise alerts. The Sentry mobile app serves as the interface for users to monitor and manage their devices. When an incident is detected, the user is notified through the app and can take action by messaging guests and generating incident reports.

In the event of any smoking or noise incidents, Sentry notifies property managers, provides live incident details, and generates evidence-based incident reports for submission to insurance providers and property management systems, such as Airbnb. When an incident happens, Sentry also provides curated messages for property owners to send to the guests to remind guests to comply with the rules of the property.
