A detent hook is a mechanical component used for axial positioning and anti-loosening, widely applied in precision machinery such as motors and gearboxes. All 3D models incorporate key engineering data such as material properties, process parameters, and operational condition compatibility, enabling designers to identify and avoid most common design flaws during the conceptualization phase.
The software's technological breakthrough is substantially reflected in its intelligent data engine, which automatically reconciles conflicts between design intent and standardization requirements. When engineers engage in creative design, the system recommends the most suitable standard part solutions in real time; when design parameters are adjusted, related process requirements update synchronously; and when drawing output is finalized, all necessary manufacturing information is automatically generated. This "design-correct-by-construction" philosophy achieves seamless transition from concept to manufacturability.
Its technical architecture adopts a unique hybrid-decoupled design, which intelligently decouples design computation logic from the underlying system operating environment through an innovative resource scheduling mechanism. This ensures high stability and notably improves response speed and concurrent processing capability.
