Traditional aluminum-frame suitcases, due to structural limitations, are difficult to clean inside and can easily harbor bacteria over time. To address these limitations, this product draws on ergonomic designs from removable and washable household items and sports protective gear, optimizing its structure to make it more than just a storage tool—but also a travel companion.
The suitcase introduces a “removable liner system,” which features a snap-on structure and waterproof lining that can be easily removed and machine-washed for easy cleaning and maintenance. Paired with antibacterial RPET eco-friendly fabric, it provides double-layer protection. The ergonomically designed front handle helps reduce strain on the wrist and shoulder during forward pulling. A 4-point front and 5-point rear foot layout create a three-dimensional buffer system that prevents the case from directly hitting the ground during check-in.
Visually, the design follows the principles of “functional-driven design” and “orderly aesthetics.” With clean vertical stripes as the main visual element, it reflects structural strength while shaping a slim silhouette that conveys a sense of rational elegance. Classic neutral tones are enhanced with tinted transparent and metallic accents, creating rich visual layers. The sturdy aluminum frame, high-tech transparent locks, and smooth PU wheels work together to deliver the dual promise of “strong protection” and “smooth mobility.”
In terms of sustainability, the suitcase body is crafted from Covestro PC using an integrated molding process, achieving a lightweight, high-strength, and durable structure, reducing waste at the source. The inner lining is made from RPET fabric sourced from recycled PET bottles, promoting resource reuse and minimizing environmental impact.
