This design is based on pellet-extrusion robotic arm 3D printing and proposes a chair design methodology integrating fabrication process, user factors, and algorithmic generation. By combining form-generation strategies aligned with printing logic, stable manufacturing is achieved through the control of overhang angles and continuous curvature paths. Human ergonomic data is transformed into non-planar curves and layered textures, while wing-inspired imagery establishes a generative design language that integrates functionality, fabrication, and emotional expression. Transparent materials are adopted to create the visual effect of flowing translucent ribbons and layered transparent surfaces, where overlapping printed paths and light transmission enhance the sense of movement, depth, and spatial continuity.
