The pillow has three layers: the outer cotton pillowcase features a dot-quilted layer filled with ultra-soft fiber to provide a comfortable touch against the skin; the inner cavity can accommodate two interchangeable inserts—a fiber pillow core and a memory foam pad. Users can adjust the pillow’s height by adding or removing inserts and freely switch between a soft, plush feel and firm, stable support.
