ArtiVanta MK-C798R is a home elevator for villas, designed to carry family members and heavy items between floors. Designed as part of the living space, it complements the interior and accommodates the operating preferences of different family members. It helps older adults and family members with limited mobility move independently between floors and makes it easier to transport wheelchairs and strollers. This reduces the physical effort of moving around the home and eases the demands on family caregivers.

The elevator’s patented design features one-piece, large-radius curved glass panels at all four corners. Smooth curves replace sharp corners to reduce the risk of injury from accidental contact. Transparent glass admits light into the cabin, while concealed structural components give the elevator a lighter appearance and help it blend naturally into the interior.

The elevator features a MIKAE smart display and supports voice commands for calling it from outside the car and selecting a floor, allowing users to operate it while carrying items. The display also supports touchscreen floor selection, giving family members a choice between voice and touch controls. Fault alerts and a visual display of operating status make routine checks easier and provide information for maintenance.

An automatic rescue device (ARD), fitted as standard, provides emergency leveling during power outages. If power fails during travel, backup power moves the elevator to the nearest floor and opens the doors, reducing the risk of passengers becoming trapped. Passengers can press the one-touch emergency call button inside the car to automatically dial multiple preset emergency contacts and request assistance, even without a phone. With the optional SOS self-rescue function, users can press the rescue button in the event of a fault. The elevator then travels to the nearest floor only if safety conditions are met and the fault is one the system is designed to handle, providing additional support for passengers to exit.
