AFLE, short for Autonomous Flexible Living Environment, introduces a visionary lifestyle concept for 2035. In this future, urban infrastructure seamlessly integrates autonomous technology, transforming vehicles into dynamic extensions of our living spaces and reducing the significance of fixed locations.
AFLE is designed with the footprint of a full-size limousine but distinguishes itself with a slightly taller, one-box profile and an innovative, asymmetrical interior layout that adapts to the needs of its occupants.
This project is built around three key pillars:
(1) Architectural Ingenuity: AFLE redefines vehicle interiors by embracing architectural design principles. The space is thoughtfully divided into varying elevations and functional zones, creating a dynamic environment that inspires creativity and invites exploration.
(2) Home-Like Sanctuary: The interior of AFLE is more than just a lounge—it's a cozy sanctuary that supports socializing, relaxation, and productivity. It also brings familiar home rituals into the journey, like the simple act of changing shoes upon entry, enhancing comfort and a sense of belonging.
(3) Expressive Asymmetry: The design's bold asymmetry, evident both inside and out, is not merely an aesthetic choice but a functional one. This approach maximizes space efficiency and seamlessly integrates the vehicle into modern living environments.
