Designed specifically for snow sports enthusiasts, this professional protective gear is engineered through anatomical stress analysis of skiing falls, positioning targeted contoured pads across critical high risk zones. The hip area incorporates reinforced lateral protection, while the tailbone and ischial regions provide expanded surface coverage to reduce direct impact during backward falls. Around the knees, a vertically extended pad architecture broadens protection over vulnerable joint areas while extending coverage to the outer thigh.
The cushioning system features RZ LABS smart molecular material. Leveraging its dynamic responsive characteristics, the material remains soft and flexible during regular movement. Upon high velocity impact, it instantly interlocks at the molecular level to enhance instantaneous impact resistance before returning to its pliable state. Working in tandem with a triangular honeycomb matrix, the gear disperses and channels impact energy to reduce localized pressure concentration. Furthermore, the material maintains stable performance at minus 20 degrees Celsius to adapt to low temperature ski environments.
The construction employs 3D tailoring alongside a multilayer composite architecture, conforming to the natural curves of the hips and knees. By integrating SBR cushioning fabric, HD Foam, RZ CE Level 2 certified pads, and honeycomb damping elements, it forms a multilayer protection system. Through the synergy of focused anatomical coverage, dynamic cushioning, and ergonomic structuring, the overall design delivers impact cushioning while reducing movement restrictions, satisfying the demands for protection, fit, and freedom of movement in skiing.
