Sherpia redefines AI's role in project collaboration to solve the long-standing issue of "knowledge disconnect" in the architecture, engineering, and design industries. Construction projects span long cycles, and critical knowledge scatters across drawings, models, meetings, messages, and multiple file versions. As teams and phases change, this information is often lost. Sherpia responds with "an AI project manager that continuously builds project memory", moving AI beyond simple Q&A toward an intelligent collaborator that understands, records, and connects a project's evolution.

Sherpia introduces the original.SHEP file format. Built on SQLite, it structurally stores project metadata, file paths, review records, version differences, past work, task flows, and AI summaries, forming versioned, traceable, evidence-backed engineering memory. Core modules like Planner, multi-timelines, Pastwork, and AI Conversations connect project plans, file changes, and historical decisions into a continuous record. Sherpa Desk, a desktop hardware device, captures physical sketches and models in one click and syncs them to the project timeline, bringing real-world work naturally into digital memory.

The interface follows a clear information hierarchy of "Projects—Project Boards— Project Detail", with Planner serving as the core entry point, displaying project progress through Planned and Completed timelines. Features like file hover previews, asynchronous annotations, and "paste-and-use" hardware interaction simplify complex project management. Complementary orange and blue tones express creative exploration and rational management, forming a unified visual identity.

Sherpia improves collaboration efficiency for individual projects and transforms personal experience into sustainable organizational assets. This reduces knowledge loss and onboarding costs, helping small and medium-sized firms adopt more digital and intelligent workflows. By keeping project files within the enterprise's controlled environment, Sherpia protects data sovereignty and builds a trusted foundation for integrating AI into professional practice.
