ANTA ZERO is committed to utilizing fully recyclable materials. This is an exemplary effort by the ANTA Group to practice ESG principles, demonstrating the brand's social responsibility awareness to environmental protection.
By verifying the carbon footprint of the jacket's production cycle, ANTA ZERO chose to utilize environmentally friendly nylon, maximizing the use of a single material for subsequent recycling for carbon offset and later carbon neutrality. The jacket's ultra-fine, abrasion-resistant 15D jacquard outer fabric and 10D cotte mesh inner fabric are made from marine recycled nylon yarn. Notably, this yarn is produced by salvaging discarded fishing nets and recycling fishermen's worn nets, which maximizes the use of resources, reduces waste, and mitigates pollution caused by discarded plastics in the ocean. Thus, it protects marine organisms from the hazards of artefacts.
Sandwiched in the middle is a layer of 8μm bio-based nylon membrane, part of which is derived from waste straw fermentation, with a bio-based content of over 70%. This reduces dependence on traditional petroleum energy, promotes the effective use of agricultural waste, and fosters the development of an ecological circular economy. To further implement the concept of sustainable development, this three-layer structure reduces the impact of harmful chemicals through environmentally friendly water-based glues laminated without organic solvents such as toluene and acetone. The eco-friendly logo emphasized on the jacket further reflects the brand's pursuit of environmental conservation.
Regarding functionality, the product achieves excellent performance, such as a hydrostatic pressure of 15,300mmH2O. Thanks to lightweight materials, it weighs less than 150g, making it highly portable. Combined with the stereo-sleeve shape and other details, it significantly enhances comfort and protection, making it suitable for various complex environmental and weather conditions.
