The powerful extraction system automatically removes odors and vapors produced both from cooking on the hob and from the oven, which will be then treated and filtered by this innovative system, thus avoiding release into the environment. Furthermore, the oven is wider than standard ones, making it possible to cook on just one level, what is usually cooked on two, thus resulting in more evenly cooked foods.
