Walk towards the mountains

Inspiration:
The mountains and rivers wind and twist, standing tall and lofty.
The desolate mountains with scattered rocks, and the solitary smoke rising in the vast desert.
They are both the road ahead and the scenery along the way.
Brave people are not afraid of the arduous journey.

Inspired by the natural mountains, we contemplate the combination of leather goods and architectural space.

The entire body of the bag is made of imported Italian Grade A vegetable-tanned cowhide. The leather is tanned with environmentally friendly plant tannins. The texture of the mountains is presented through the artistic techniques of leather shaping and carving. The craftsmen complete it through more than a dozen processes, including cutting, soaking, sun-drying, shaping, sewing, and polishing.

The bottom is designed and cut in a three-dimensional way, resembling the shape of a mountain. The space inside the bag can hold daily necessities and a small tablet computer. The magnetic clasp with a leather patch attached to the bag opening makes the space more practical.

The handle is cut from a whole piece of leather, with layers of leather stacked on top of each other, and then hand-polished and hand-sanded, giving it a smooth and warm touch. The use of metal hardware in the whole bag is minimized, returning to nature and reflecting the simplicity of hand-carving.

The bag not only has a unique shape, but each one will be unique during the production process. It is also a small sculptural work.
