For centuries, in Portugal’s wood-fired kitchens, three-legged iron pots were more than just cooking vessels. They were the center of family life, where stories were told, flavors created, and laughter shared. Cabeça do Pote reimagines this cultural icon for today, transforming heritage into a contemporary celebration.

Having this inspirational base, we decided to add a little bit fun in this packaging, making a pun with the words, once “CABEÇA means HEAD and POTE we can use also use to express na idea, of putting the POTE in the head.

The general idea has born and it was necessary to add some fun to it, and suddenly we decided that all the people must be laughing, because wine is a product to share and live good momments.

Besides, once were going to characterize and illustrate fictional the people we have to give them a name, and tell a story about their personality, just every human is, i mean we are not equal, we Think and live in many different ways. So, each figure has a name, a personality and a backstory, with playful narratives that invite discovery and connection. From the carefree “Borgas” to the refined “Bigodes,” each character embodies a different slice of life, unified by one trait: an infectious, ear-to-ear smile.

Cabeça do Pote is not simply a wine label; it is an invitation to slow down, savor the moment, and share in something authentically human. One bottle, one smile, one unforgettable moment at a time.

Packaging becomes part of the storytelling. The wooden wine boxes feature characters printed directly onto the surface, with their life stories on the reverse. The tactile, rustic texture of the wood reinforces the sense of tradition, while the bright, expressive illustrations infuse it with joy and modernity.
